The Springfield Little Tigers Is Springfield oldest and best Pee Wee here in the city Springfield, Ohio. The Springfield Little Tigers was named after Wittenberg University Football Tigers program, with more wins than any other NCAA Division III program. One of the name of our Organization was formerly known as the Springfield Little Tigers Football Club which was founded over 50 years ago. A group of men, who wanted to help young underprivileged boys learn how to play football. They started from scratch and developed a great peewee football program just like the Wittenberg University Football Tigers. This organization has won several division and league championships in the past. We have done programs to teach student-athletes to do their best academically by providing training in basic literacy education. This training is a one-to-one or in a small group setting which follows a holistic, integrated approach to understanding by teaching reading and writing skills. We currently are serving close to 200 boys and girls some being underprivileged here in Springfield and the Clark County area.
Springfield Little Tigers Youth provide emotional/educational support for our students. We help our students achieve emotional maturity in their lives by showing them how to produce love, joy, peace, long-suffering, and self-control. Students are also provided the opportunity for real fellowship. Furthermore, they also recognize the important and value of others through fellowshipping with others.
Springfield Little Tigers Youth provide physical and achievement support for our students. Our students are encouraged to participate in (which we provide and promote) recreational activities that help them keep their body physical fit.
